Recently, I unfortunately found myself in the back of a police cruiser due to an unfortunate encounter with the local law enforcement. I must admit that I am not without fault and I acknowledge that I ended up in a less than ideal situation. To handle the legal aspect of this incident, I sought the advice of several lawyers. Among them, Jack stood out for his professional demeanor and direct approach. He acknowledged my mistake without any ambiguity and assured me that it was not a serious offense. He inquired about my desired outcome and, without setting unrealistic expectations, made it clear that he could help me plead for lesser charges. When my husband was a victim of an auto accident last December, Steve Eisenberg went to work trying to get a financial settlement that would take care of my husband's medical costs. As he later died in January as a result of the same accident, Steve went to work to deal with Medicare and making sure that all funds that were available from all sources were collected. There were many issues that occurred during the following months that needed to be addressed and it took almost a year to get a final settlement. Steve Eisenberg is an outstanding attorney. A few days ago, on a weekend, my wife and I had some family issues, which led to loud arguments and physical contact. Police was involved, and I was informed that I would face disorderly conduct charge. I contacted Eisenberg Law office via email late Saturday night, and then Steve called me on Sunday morning, telling me not to worry, and set up a meeting in his office for Monday morning.My expectation was to avoid a conviction, but Steve took it to another level and successfully convinced the DA to not press any charges. I was off the hook on Tuesday afternoon.
